MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS

The main achievements on the field of machine-tools modernizations are:

1. S.C. SMR S.A. Bals: retrofitting for 22 Carusel SC17TF2-NCC lathes, where SITCO performed the electrical planning, chose a SIEMENS equipment, drew-up the PLC programme, set up the electrical cases and performed the setting into function SIEMENS Sinumeric 3TT and SIEMENS Sinumeric 280 numerical commands were used.

2. S.C. FORD ROMANIA S.A. Craiova:
     2.1. retrofitting for the DROPP & REIN milling machine: SITCO drew-up the electrical plan, chose a SIEMENS equipment, drew- up the PLC programme, set up the electrical cases and performed the setting into function. SIEMENS equipment was used. The numerical command is SIEMENS Sinumeric 840D and the invertors are SIEMENS Simodrive 611
     2.2. Starting with February 2011, SITCO is putting into service 74 processing machines made by MAG Germany.

3. S.C. POPECI S.A. Craiova: SITCO has a contract to retrofit five large machine-tools:
     FLP 3100 – 1 machine
     FPM 4000 – 2 machines
     AFP 230 – 2 machines
The contract lasts two years (2010, 2011) and aims to retrofit mechanical, hydraulic and electrical equipment.

4. S.C. ROMVAG S.A. Caracal: retrofitting of the lathe for the processing of mounted axles SX 1250; SITCO performed the electrical planning, chose a SIEMENS equipment, drew-up the PLC programme, set up the electrical cases and performed the setting into function. SIEMENS equipment was used. The numerical command is SIEMENS Sinumeric 840D and the invertors are SIEMENS Simodrive 611

5. S.C. MAT S.A. Craiova: 4 NILLES pinion rectifying machines and one fillet rectifying machine were upgraded. All of them were entirely equipped with SIEMENS gear.

6. S.C. DACIA (RENAULT) Pitesti: planning, drawing-up of the PLC programme, setting-up the electrical cases and setting into function for a number of 11 numerical commands, installed on 6 tools: one planet pinion welding machine, four rectifying machines, one lathe and 3 motor casing processing lines. 2 motor casing processing lines were also upgraded with 5 processing stands. The equipment used is from SIEMENS

7. S.C. MIRFO S.A. Tg. Jiu: one WHN 13 C milling machine was upgraded with SIEMENS equipment

8. STAR TRANSMISSION Cugir:a front lathe was upgraded with 2 revolver heads. Equipment from GE FANUC

9. UNIO SATU-MARE: one SN 1800 x 8000 lathe was upgraded with GE FANUC electrical equipment
